Low carb burger buns 'Oopsies'

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g cream cheese, 16% or 0.2%
  • some salt
  • possibly sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese and salt. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Place the mixture in 6 piles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the burger buns with sesame seeds, if desired. Bake at 150°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown. You’ll need two buns for one burger: top and bottom.
