Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g chia seeds
- 60 ml coconut milk
- 120 ml coffee, cold
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 20 g xylitol (sugar substitute) or erythritol
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Delicious chia pudding with fine chocolate and a great coffee note
Briefly blend the chia seeds to make chia seed flour. Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending. The firmer you prefer the consistency, the longer you should refrigerate. Enjoy!
