Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 15 g protein powder (chocolate whey)
- 5 g chia seeds
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 1 egg white
- 1 banana(s)
- 100 g yogurt
- some water
- 2 tsp baking powder
- n. B. Low-fat curd cheese
- e.g. raspberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Low carb, no flour, no sugar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and fill the mixture into 6-8 muffin cups. Silicone cups work best for this. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes. I used low-fat quark and raspberries for the topping.
