Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g almond(s), blanched, ground
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
  • 2 tbsp Stevia or Xucker
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the almonds, baking powder, cocoa, and stevia. Mix the eggs, rum flavoring, butter, and low-fat quark together, then gradually stir in the almond-cocoa mixture. Add the chocolate shavings and mix again. Pour the batter into 12 muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes.
