Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almonds, fresh, finely ground
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp, levelled cocoa powder (raw quality)
- some flavoring (orange flavor)
- some lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- n. B. Sweetener (Erythritol light)
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
easy and quick to prepare
Place the freshly ground almonds in a bowl. Add almond butter, cocoa powder, orange flavoring, lemon juice, and erythritol light, if desired. Mix everything together and add enough water until the mixture forms a moldable dough. If it’s too wet, add more ground almonds until the dough is smooth. Form the mixture into balls. Store in the refrigerator.
