Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or other raw vegetables or 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 100 g cooked ham or turkey breast slices
- 100 g cottage cheese
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and chop the vegetables, and place them in a medium bowl. Cut the cooked ham or turkey breast into strips and add them to the vegetables. Pour the cottage cheese into the bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, season, mix, and serve. Enjoy as a delicious dinner or after a workout.
