Low-carb cottage cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (200 g)
  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 3 slices of turkey breast
  • 3 tomatoes, dried
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp oil from the dried tomatoes
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the eggs, peel them, and let them cool. Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper and mix with the mustard and oil. Finely chop the turkey and sun-dried tomatoes. Chop the eggs as well. Mix everything with the cottage cheese. This is enough for a complete dinner for me.
