Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark (high quality)
  • 1 tsp herbs, (salad herbs), dried, pure herbs, no herbal preparation
  • Sea salt and mustard paste (no mustard)
  • pepper
  • some fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese or goat’s cheese, depending on the plan
  • 150 g salad, preferably green salad, cucumber, radishes, depending on the plan
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil, high-quality cold-pressed Omega 6&3 oil (if you are allowed to use oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, finely chop the onion. Combine the water, vinegar, salad greens, and finely chopped fresh herbs, then stir in the onions. Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the feta or goat cheese into small cubes or crumble it. Mix everything well and, if you’re so inclined, add your oil.
