- 150 g sheep’s cheese or goat’s cheese, depending on the plan
- 150 g salad, preferably green salad, cucumber, radishes, depending on the plan
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil, high-quality cold-pressed Omega 6&3 oil (if you are allowed to use oil
Instructions

First, finely chop the onion. Combine the water, vinegar, salad greens, and finely chopped fresh herbs, then stir in the onions. Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the feta or goat cheese into small cubes or crumble it. Mix everything well and, if you’re so inclined, add your oil.
