Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g almonds, ground
- 50 g golden linseed flour
- 30 g butter
- 3 eggs, size L
- 5 g psyllium husk flour
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
for 4 rolls
Preheat the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a food processor until a smooth dough forms. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then form the dough into 4 equal-sized round rolls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
