Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g minced meat
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- some tomato paste
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese (approx. 150 – 200 g), e.g. Philadelphia Balance Herbs, more to taste
- e.g. vegetable broth or water
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Finely chop the spring onions and fry in a little oil. Then add the minced meat in portions and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Meanwhile, cut the unpeeled bell pepper and zucchini into small cubes. When the minced meat is cooked, add the vegetable stock or water and stir in the tomato paste. Then add the cream cheese, stir, and season to taste. Add the bell pepper and zucchini and bring to a boil. Done. If you prefer the zucchini and bell pepper softer, simmer for longer.
