Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 lime(s), juice
- 1 ½ tsp erythritol (raw cane sugar substitute)
- 5 ice cubes
- 4 cl rum
- 10 cl mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the brown erythritol into a highball glass. Squeeze the juice of one lime over it. Clap the mint on the back of your hand and add it to the glass. Add a scoop of ice cubes, 4 cl of rum, and 10 cl of mineral water and stir gently. If desired, garnish with a sprig of mint.
