Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl elderflower syrup, sugar-free
  • 100 ml Prosecco
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 lime slice(s)
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clap the mint leaves on the back of your hand and place them in a bulbous wine glass. Add the lime slice, elderflower syrup, and ice cubes. Then top up with the Prosecco and mineral water.
