Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ lime(s)
  • 3 ice cubes or crushed ice
  • 4 cl vodka
  • 1 cl syrup (ginger-lemongrass syrup), sugar-free
  • 10 cl mineral water
  • 2 cucumber slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut half a lime into small pieces. Quarter it is best. Place the ice cubes and ginger-lemongrass syrup into a highball glass. Then add the vodka, quartered lime, and cucumber slices. Top up with mineral water. Done.
