Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 stalks of parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the mushrooms, halve them, and finely dice them. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley and add it to a bowl with the low-fat quark. Add the mushrooms and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
