Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 400 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 300 g oat bran
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix the ingredients, pour into a baking dish, and bake for 45 minutes.
