  • 40 g ground almonds
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g cheese (hard cheese), grated
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • Salt

Wash the zucchini, coarsely grate it, and season with salt. Let it stand briefly and drain off any excess water. Lightly beat the eggs and mix them with the zucchini, almonds, cheese, and salt. Place this pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly. Pre-bake for 15 minutes at 160°C (convection oven), then add your favorite toppings and finish baking.
