Low-carb pizza dough

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g gluten
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Soft dough that tastes like whole grain

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and roughly mix with a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook. Then add enough water to form a smooth dough. A food processor works best. Spread the dough thinly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 150°C until the dough has risen and is firm. Remove the tray and top with your favorite toppings. Return the pizza to the oven at 200°C for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted.
