Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 70 g low-fat curd cheese
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Low carb, no flour
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the quark, then add to the egg whites and fold in. Place baking paper on a baking tray and grease with oil. Pour the egg mixture on top and spread it evenly. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes. Then turn the dough over and bake for another 5 minutes. Turning it over works best if you place another baking tray lined with baking paper on top and turn everything over. Then top the dough as desired and bake for another 10 minutes.
