Food combining

Mix the ground meat with milk, salt, paprika, and pepper. Form the meat mixture into small meatballs. Dice the feta cheese into small pieces and press it into the center of the meatballs, then coat it with the meat mixture. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the meatballs in it for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Trim the leeks, halve them lengthwise, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into 3 cm pieces along with the light green parts. Heat the remaining oil in another pan and sauté the leeks. Sprinkle in the parsley and deglaze with the balsamic vinegar. Pour in the cream and cook the leeks uncovered over medium heat for 4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
