Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pollock fillets
- 200 g green beans
- 6 small tomatoes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tsp, heaped curry paste
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Basil, dried

easy and fast
Dice the tomatoes. Cut the pollock fillet into bite-sized pieces. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the pollock fillet until cooked through. Add the tomatoes and beans and fry for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, soy sauce, curry paste, and tomato paste. Pour the sauce over the fish and vegetables and simmer for 5-10 minutes. If you like, you can garnish the dish with some dried basil.
