Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 m.-large pork fillet(s)
- 10 mushrooms, brown
- 2 packs of bacon or enough to wrap the fillet once
- Paprika powder
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
with mushrooms
Create a nice woven bacon mesh to wrap the fillet later. Season the fillet with paprika and pepper and place it on the bacon. Cut the mushrooms into small slices and place them around the fillet. Now wrap the bacon around the fillet. Roast at about 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. My tip is a gas grill!
