- 1 can of tuna
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 4 tbsp ketchup, without sugar
- 60 g mushrooms
- 6 slice(s) sausage (turkey sausage), lean
- 75 g light cheese for sprinkling

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
For the pizza base, remove the tuna from the can, dry it thoroughly, and mix it with the two eggs. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in an oven preheated to 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes. Remove the base, spread with ketchup, and add the toppings, then return it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. The pizza contains approximately 700 kcal per serving.
