Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 80 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- some salt and pepper
- 100 g tomatoes, pureed
- 90 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 small onion(s)
- 125 g light mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the tuna in a fine sieve and press out the juices with a fork. Now take a bowl and add the eggs, low-fat curd cheese, and tuna. Season the batter with salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well with a fork. Then spread the batter in a circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes. In the meantime, slice the mushrooms, onion, and mozzarella. Remove the batter from the oven after 30 minutes. IMPORTANT: Remove the batter from the baking paper now so that you can more easily transfer the pizza to a plate later. Place the passata on the batter. Top the pizza with the mushrooms, onion, and mozzarella. Place the pizza back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Don’t be surprised if you find some water on the baking paper. This water comes from the mushrooms and passata. Nevertheless, the dough is firm and you can easily eat the pizza slices with your hands. Enjoy!
