Pizza with chicken, mushrooms and hollandaise

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, purchased or homemade
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 75 g bacon cubes
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 250 g chicken strips or chicken breast fillet, finely chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • n. B. cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, fry the chicken strips or chicken breast fillet in a pan with a little oil and slice the onion into half rings. Then, spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the hollandaise sauce on top. Then, top with the fried chicken strips, mushrooms, bacon cubes, onion rings, and grated cheese. Finally, bake the pizza in a hot oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. The time may vary depending on the oven; check the pizza every 15 minutes.
