Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 120 g radishes
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground, for seasoning
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cress
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds)

Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper and arrange it in a ring on a plate. Wash the radishes and chop them into pieces in a food processor. The largest pieces should be about 1 cm in size. Season with salt and pepper and place them in the center of the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with some cress and the mixed seeds and drizzle with olive oil. My cottage cheese was low in fat. My portion had: 282 kcal, 12.4 g fat, 14.4 g carbohydrates, and 27.2 g protein.
