Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g oat flakes
- 180 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 120 g Skyr or low-fat quark
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Microwave the oats and milk on high for 2.5 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and mix well with the porridge. Let stand for about 2 minutes, until the porridge has a pudding-like consistency. Finally, stir in the skyr or low-fat quark and the cinnamon powder. Add your choice of topping. Approx. 308 kcal per serving.
