Low-carb raspberry dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • 200 g quark (20%)
  • 20 g xylitol (sugar substitute), optionalmore
  • 80 g raspberries
  • 1 ½ tbsp dark chocolate (75%), grated
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder

Mix the cream cheese, quark, and xylitol thoroughly until the xylitol dissolves. Stir in about 2/3 of the raspberries, or even lightly crush them for a more aromatic quark. Stir in the coarsely grated chocolate (it’s okay if you use coarse pieces) and the vanilla. Pour into 2 small dessert glasses and decorate with the remaining raspberries and a few chocolate shavings. Chill briefly.
