Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g soy quark (quark alternative)
  • 10 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 10 g oat flakes, fine
  • 10 g melt-in-the-mouth flakes
  • 8 g protein powder (vanilla protein powder), vegan
  • 40 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 3 drops of vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with vanilla flavor

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine all ingredients, except the raspberries, in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased 16cm baking dish. Top with the raspberries and bake for about 30-40 minutes. This cake is perfect as a pre- or post-workout snack, or as a light treat for those with a sweet tooth.
