Ingredients

Zucchini Lasagna

  • 4 piece Zucchini
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 Can Diced tomatoes
  • 200 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 g Emmental

Pizza

  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Grated cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Bran

Spinach rolls

  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Grated Gouda
  • 160 g Creamed spinach
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the zucchini. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add the onion and sweat until translucent.
  • Add tomato paste and let it sauté briefly, deglaze with a can of tomatoes. Then add the herbal cream cheese and, if necessary, add a dash of milk if the consistency is too thick. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, layer the zucchini slices and minced meat sauce alternately, starting with the sauce.
  • Spread the crème fraîche on the lasagne and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the lasagne at 200 ° (top / bottom heat) or 180 ° (convection) for about 25 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely.

Pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
  • Drain the tuna well and place in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Beat everything as smoothly as possible with a fork. Then use a fork to press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper as a pizza base. The eggs and bran binds the whole thing instead of the conventional pizza dough.
  • Then place the bottom in the oven on a top rack for 30-35 minutes and bake.
  • Then you can top the dough with pizza sauce and, if you like, with basil, sausage or vegetables, sprinkle it with mozzarella or Parmesan and put it in the oven again to bake until the cheese has turned color and has melted.

Spinach roll

  • First put the thawed spinach together with the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk both ingredients together. Season lightly with pepper and salt.
  • Now place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Distribute well and sprinkle the grated Gouda over the top.
  • Now put in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes at 200 ° C. The egg and spinach mixture is ready when the cheese has turned golden brown.
  • As soon as the mixture has cooled down completely, spread the cream cheese over it and cover the whole with the smoked salmon.
  • Now shape into a firm roll and wrap in aluminum foil and put in the refrigerator for about 8 hours. Then the roll can be cut into even slices.
