Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 250 g quark, 0.3% fat
- 75 g walnut flour or almond flour
- 25 g flaxseed flour
- 1 pinch of psyllium, optional
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp bread spice mix, or salt, herbs etc.

Combine eggs and quark. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and/or bread spice and mix everything together. With wet hands, form 4 rolls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30-35 minutes.
