  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 250 g quark, 40% fat

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Bake for 15 minutes, then cut into 9 slices. You can add herbs, onions, bacon, or other ingredients.
