Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp almonds, ground
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Mix everything into a dough, spread the mixture on a small plate, and microwave for 2 minutes. Add more almonds or other ground nuts if needed, as the mixture is quite runny. It can be used as a bread substitute on a low-carb diet or simply as a snack. It makes a good, filling portion, I think.
