Mushroom – zucchini – toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 80 g mushrooms
  • 80 g zucchini
  • 8 slice(s) cheese, slightly melting, min. 60% fat i.d.m.
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the mushrooms and zucchini; quarter the onion and slice into thin strips; sauté everything in a pan (for those who prefer a more roasted dish, lightly fry). Season with salt and pepper (tip: everything tastes so much better with freshly ground pepper). Distribute the cooked vegetables on the toast; arrange cheese slices on top; bake in the oven at approximately 230°C for 4-5 minutes.
