Low-carb spaghetti Bolognese with shirataki noodles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g carrot(s)
  • 1 pack of Shirataki noodles
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 60 g minced meat (vegetarian minced meat), e.g. from Quorn
  • ½ pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with spice base

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and sauté both together in 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add 1 glass of water and simmer the vegetables until tender. Chop 1 can of peeled tomatoes and add. Season to taste with herbs, salt, and chili. Add 1/2 packet of seasoning base and simmer. Finally, add the rinsed shirataki noodles and 60g of Quorn mince. This serving contains approximately 150 kcal.
