Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g almond flour
- 200 g butter
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 125 g sweetener, e.g. erythritol
- 2 bottles of vanilla flavor
- 1 pinch of cream of tartar baking powder
- possibly sweetener for rolling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, mix the dry ingredients and then stir in all the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a vanilla crescent roll mold or press into a special mold and place the crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 10 minutes. After baking, let the crescent rolls cool. If you like, you can then roll them in sifted sweetener.
