Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g Greek yogurt
  • 325 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 250 g Skyr, natural
  • 125 ml cream, 3.5% fat
  • n. B. Liquid sweetener
  • 1 tsp, leveled vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A recipe for the ice cream maker.

Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and mix thoroughly with an immersion blender. Alternatively, use a blender. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and prepare the ice cream according to the instructions. Makes approximately 18 scoops.
