Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 60 g butter
- 10 tbsp, heaped protein powder, vanilla
- 2 tbsp, sautéed wholemeal flour, rye or spelt
- 2 tbsp, saturates xylitol (sugar substitute)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Low-carb waffles
First, heat the butter briefly in the microwave for about 30 seconds at 600 watts until it melts. Add the yogurt, eggs, egg white powder, flour, and xylitol and mix well with a hand mixer. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron. This recipe makes five waffles; two will be enough to fill you up. Note: These waffles are perfect for those on a low-carb diet. The reduced flour content improves the texture.
