Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g edible bran (wheat bran)
  • 50 g protein powder (neutral)
  • 50 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g quark (20%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 10 minutes

Low carb, glycemic index, Atkins

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then shape the dough into a loaf and bake on a baking sheet at 180°C for 25 minutes. Tip: When the bread is warm, it tastes best with salted butter—sweet!
