Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp cappuccino powder
- 1 tsp water, warm
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g UHT milk, 1.5%
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla, ground, from the mill
- e.g. cornflakes
- n. B. Almonds, chopped

healthy and low in calories
Mix the cappuccino powder with about 1 teaspoon of warm water. Add the chia seeds and ground vanilla, then whisk with the quark and milk until creamy. Pour the cappuccino cream into a dessert glass and refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the chia seeds to swell. Remove the cream from the refrigerator, sprinkle with cornflakes (I used brown) and chopped almonds, if desired, and serve.
