Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp cappuccino powder
  • 1 tsp water, warm
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 g UHT milk, 1.5%
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla, ground, from the mill
  • e.g. cornflakes
  • n. B. Almonds, chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Mix the cappuccino powder with about 1 teaspoon of warm water. Add the chia seeds and ground vanilla, then whisk with the quark and milk until creamy. Pour the cappuccino cream into a dessert glass and refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the chia seeds to swell. Remove the cream from the refrigerator, sprinkle with cornflakes (I used brown) and chopped almonds, if desired, and serve.
