Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • n. B. Fruit of your choice and season

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, thoroughly mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Then gradually add the flour. Pour the batter into a baking dish and top with seasonal fruit of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Tip: If the batter seems too small for the baking dish, you can add a little (low-fat) milk or water.
