Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
While the water is heating for the pasta, cut the salmon slices into strips about 0.5 cm wide. Then cut the strips crosswise into small squares. Peel and dice the onion and garlic, and cook in the butter over medium heat until translucent. Add the salmon and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste with a few squeezes of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour in the cream and bring everything to a simmer over low heat. Add the finely chopped, fresh parsley and stir in. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Then drain. Portion the spaghetti onto plates and serve with the sauce. Serve immediately. The light pink sauce contrasts beautifully with the black pasta.
