Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 115 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- 85 g cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 45 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 40 g wheat flour, type 405
- 150 g muesli (fruit)
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the low-fat margarine with the sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Combine the wholemeal flour, plain flour, and baking powder, sift over the cream, and stir in. Then mix in the muesli. Using 2 teaspoons, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between the heaps, as they will spread. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes. After baking, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then remove them.
