tastes great with potato wedges, French fries and on baguette when grilling

Mix all ingredients together well and season with salt and pepper. I can’t say how the mayonnaise tastes without Dijon mustard. Dijon mustard has a unique flavor! If you don’t have brandy rouge, just use regular mustard. You can easily make the red wine vinegar yourself: Just buy vinegar essence and mix a little with red wine. This vinegar keeps very well. I’ve had mine in the bottle for half a year. The mayonnaise tastes great without the brandy, but the slight alcohol note is special.
