Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 ml mayonnaise, good quality
  • 125 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 2 tsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the egg and cut it into small pieces. Whisk the mayonnaise and crème fraîche until smooth, then stir in the honey, vinegar, and curry powder. Finally, add the egg and gently fold in.
