Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 2 bananas, cut into pieces
- possibly honey or
- Sugar, to taste
Instructions

Place the banana pieces in a tall, narrow container and pour the buttermilk over them. Add sugar/honey to taste. Puree everything with a hand blender. Enjoy immediately; if you let it stand, the pieces will separate and won’t look as tasty. Contains plenty of magnesium, potassium, and B vitamins, but low in fat. Satisfies a little hunger between meals. TIP: If you use overripe bananas, you’ll reduce the amount of sugar.
