Low-fat spinach and cheese pasta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 300 g spinach (frozen)
  • ½ tsp broth, clear, instant
  • 2 chicken fillets (100 g each)
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 125 g mozzarella (8.5% fat absolute), diced
  • possibly coriander, ground
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with chicken breast fillet

Sauté the onion and garlic in 1 teaspoon of oil until translucent. Add the spinach (still thawed). Add 8-10 tablespoons of water and the broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about 15 minutes. Fry the fillets in 1 teaspoon of oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in salted water. Slice the fillets. Season the spinach with salt, pepper, coriander, and lemon juice. Mix the pasta with the spinach and cheese. Serve with the chicken fillets. 34 g protein, 9 g fat, 52 g carbohydrates
