Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 300 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp glucose
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 425 g yogurt
  • possibly sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

makes 20 slices

Combine the flour, whole-wheat flour, baking powder, glucose, and salt. Whisk the egg with the yogurt. If desired, you can add a few sunflower seeds to the dough. Combine the flour and yogurt mixture with a dough hook. Knead the mixture on a floured surface until a smooth dough forms. Shape the dough into a round loaf and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, if desired. Place the loaf on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
