Ingredients
- 200 g Berry mix
- 1 piece Lemon
- 50 g Xylitol
- Mint fresh
- 25 piece Ice cubes
- 1 liter Water
Instructions
- First, a berry syrup is made. To do this, put the berries, the juice of the lemon and xylitol in a saucepan and cook over a medium heat for about 5 minutes until the xylitol has dissolved and the berries are overcooked.
- Press the mixture through a sieve so that all the seeds remain.
- For the lemonade, put the syrup, mint leaves and ice cubes in a pitcher.
- Fill up with still or sparkling water, depending on your preference. Serve and enjoy.
- Tip 5: The syrup can be filled into bottles and stored for later.
