Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Berry mix
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 50 g Xylitol
  • Mint fresh
  • 25 piece Ice cubes
  • 1 liter Water

Instructions
 

  • First, a berry syrup is made. To do this, put the berries, the juice of the lemon and xylitol in a saucepan and cook over a medium heat for about 5 minutes until the xylitol has dissolved and the berries are overcooked.
  • Press the mixture through a sieve so that all the seeds remain.
  • For the lemonade, put the syrup, mint leaves and ice cubes in a pitcher.
  • Fill up with still or sparkling water, depending on your preference. Serve and enjoy.
  • Tip 5: The syrup can be filled into bottles and stored for later.
