LowCarb Berries Mint Lemonade

  • 200 g Berry mix
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 50 g Xylitol
  • Mint fresh
  • 25 piece Ice cubes
  • 1 liter Water
  1. First, a berry syrup is made. To do this, put the berries, the juice of the lemon and xylitol in a saucepan and cook over a medium heat for about 5 minutes until the xylitol has dissolved and the berries are overcooked.
  2. Press the mixture through a sieve so that all the seeds remain.
