Lemons, Ginger, Elderflower Lemonade with Mint
The perfect lemons, ginger, elderflower lemonade with mint recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
I use it as a container
- 1 piece Lemon untreated
- 3 piece Mint stalk
- 1 piece Ginger tuber, the size of a thumb
- 100 ml Elderflower syrup
- 1 piece Glass carafe 1 liter
- Actually a summer drink, lemon and ginger have plenty of vitamin C, so it is also an excellent drink for the cold season.
- Quarter the lemon and place in the glass carafe with the peel, peel the ginger and add it in one piece to the carafe. Now press the lemon lightly with a long wooden spoon. Add the washed mint and syrup and fill the carafe with water.
- Ideally, the soda should steep in the refrigerator for about 1.5 to 2 hours. It can also be refilled 2 to 3 times with elderflower zierup and water in a ratio of 1 to 7. Oh yes, the carafes are available from a Swedish furniture store for less than one euro; o)
