Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 200 g quark
- 9 tbsp milk
- 9 tbsp oil
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 24 raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes 12 pieces
Knead all ingredients except the raisins together, then roll out. Using a glass, cut out two circles for each pig. One for the face, the other cut in half and attached for the ears. Cut out a small circle for the nose. Press the nostrils into the nose with your finger or the end of a wooden spoon handle. Raisins can be used for the eyes. Bake the pigs for 20 minutes at 175°C.
